Sintered Bronze Bushes are self-lubricating bearings manufactured using powder metallurgy and oil impregnation processes. The process begins by compacting specially engineered bronze metal powder under high pressure. The compacted form then undergoes sintering at elevated temperatures, fusing the particles into a rigid, porous matrix. Sizing follows to achieve tight dimensional accuracy and finally, oil impregnation saturates the interconnected pores making these oilite bushes genuinely self-lubricated bearings that release oil automatically during operation. Manufactured strictly as per IS: 3980 : 1982 (Copper Base, Grade I), these sintered bronze bearings deliver reliable, maintenance-free performance in tough environments. Their product range includes plain bushes, flanged bushes, self-aligned bushes, solid rods, plates, sintered bearings and custom-made components. This versatility makes them a preferred choice across industries wherever consistent, low-friction rotary motion is critical.
